Whether they’re firing up the grill at a tailgate or at home, there are few places men feel more at ease while cooking than behind a grill. In fact, a recent survey conducted by Tabasco found that 64% of men believe that the grill is the most valuable appliance when cooking for a homegate, and that 79% of men would be more proud of impressing their guests with their food than their knowledge of the game.
Grilled Chipotle and Cola BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cola
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds very thin cut boneless chicken breasts
Method
- Combine the cola, BBQ sauce and Tabasco Sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat grill to medium-high. Cook the chicken for about 6 minutes per side. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
