Ingredients
- 1 ½ parts
- 5 parts Mexican lager
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 8 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- ½ part lime juice
Method
Combine ingredients in a pint glass or pilsner glass and serve. Garnish with lime.
Stage 2: The Main Course with Hornitos® Plata Paloma
The Hornitos® Plata Paloma is a lighter drink that won’t fill you up as you empty your plate of all of the turkey, stuffing and Thanksgiving goodness that you can stomach.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
- ½ part lime juice
- 2 parts white grapefruit juice
- 2 parts club soda
Method
Combine ingredients in a glass and serve. Garnish with a lime slice.
Stage 3: The Dessert with Brewed Awakenings
Unwind at the end of a long day with the Brewed Awakenings coffee-inspired tequila cocktail that pairs perfectly with any pie on your Thanksgiving spread (that is if you have room for dessert).
Ingredients
- 1 ½ parts Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
- 1 ½ parts coffee liqueur
- ¼ part vanilla syrup *
- 1 part heavy cream
Method
Combine all ingredients in a glass and serve.
*To make vanilla syrup, mix together 1 part sugar, 1 part water and 1 part vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and cool before serving (approximately 1-2 minutes)
