International Spirits, LLC (IS) continues to see strong growth for Ivanabitch Vodka and recently marked key milestones for the imported vodka brand. Ivanabitch Vodka almost doubled the total number of states that it has distribution into early 2014 and saw the recent launch of three new flavors including watermelon and the world’s first tobacco flavored vodka which led to an increase in national awareness for the brand.
Ivanabitch began 2013 with distribution in 17 states and currently has distribution contracts in a total of 32 states. New states for 2013 include Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Rhode Island, among others. As a result of its unprecedented growth, Ivanabitch was the recipient of a “Rising Stars” award from Beverage Dynamics in Las Vegas. The imported vodka brand saw a 20 percent increase from 2012 to 2013 in number of cases sold.
“Our fantastic team worked incredibly hard this past year to bring Ivanabitch vodka to new markets and greatly expand our reach in already established states,” said International Spirits’ CEO Tony Elward. “2013 was a great year for the entire International Spirits family and we’re looking forward to increasing even more in 2014.”
One of the biggest success stories of the year belongs to the state of Texas where Ivanabitch saw shipments rise by over 27,000 cases year-over-year. Additional states seeing large growth for the brand include Florida, Massachusetts, Alabama and Missouri. In addition to new states, 2013 saw the launch of the world’s first tobacco and menthol tobacco flavored vodkas that garnered national media attention for the brand, starting with a live TV appearance on CNBC.
In spring 2014, Ivanabitch launched the best watermelon flavored vodka ever. Sure to be a summer hit, the new watermelon flavored vodka is perfect on its own or can be mixed with sodas and juices to create a refreshing summer cocktail.
