Arnette proudly announced its new collection of Eyewear for Summer Fall 2014. The latest installment introduces three new sunglasses and four optical frames featuring striking colorways, individual details and the preservation of Arnette’s iconic style. About the new collection, Global Brand Marketing Director Joe Freitag comments, “Once again, we set out to expand our brand with high quality, comfortable and cool eyewear options. We’re grateful for all of the incredible collaboration opportunities we’ve had and are proud that we’re able to deliver quality options at accessible price points to the marketplace.” The new collection maintains Arnette’s commitment to stylish, across-the-board styles, with optional wrapped frames and optical lenses. Whether you simply wear yours in the car to reduce glare, or an avid outdoor sportsman, Male Standard is confident Arnette has a look for you.
Arnette Summer 2014 Collection
Male Standard spotted guys like Brian Kachinsky, Corey Martinez, Ty Morrow and Rob Darden rocking Arnette sunglasses, so you know something must be popping with these frames. It’s evident right out the bag that these frames are built to last; each has a good, balanced weight, making them comfortable as they are stylish. Lesser models without this weight are prone to slipping, which can be cumbersome to downright inconvenient. Arnette is one of the few brands we enjoy wearing for long periods of time. The new collection sees a mix of retro Arnette style, with fresh new colors and designs perfect for summer and fall. What we love most is the audacious new colors, and attention to detail. There’s a fantastic mix of classic, retro, sports, and suburbian looks that make these ideal for all occasions. We wear ours when out on the water, thanks to the polarized lenses that reduce water glare, which protect eyes against UV Rays.
Arnette Eyewear Summer 2014 Collection Featuring New Sunglass & Optical StylesBuilt on a foundation of promoting self-expression, the Arnette Optical Collection consists of styles that not only enhance vision, but complement the personal style of men and women age 15 to 25 years old. Handcrafted from rich acetate, with features such as flexible spring hinges designed to increase comfort and fit, Arnette’s four fashion-forward optical frames are built to meet the highest standards of form and function, the company said. Additional characteristics include a progressive-friendly range (available from +2.00 to -7.00), signature temple tips that consists of an A-wing metal inlay on the inside right temple tip of all frames and a rich logo treatment. The iconic Arnette wordmark temple logo sits flush on the temple and is coated with a premium varnish. Branded frame boards for merchandising purposes are available to ECPs.
Among the sunglass entries, Smokey captures a traditional navigator square shaped design and slick metallic arms. The nylon frame Two-Bit is built to last during sports and outdoor activities, and has tempered lenses to support extreme outdoor sports. Meanwhile, the Racketeer utilizes the classic and strong design in a rectangular shape made of durable nylon making them equally durable, but in a more form fitting fashion. The four new additions to Arnette’s Optical Collection include the Reverb, Flux, Detune, and Rhythm. Each frame and lens are handcrafted from rich acetate with signature logo treatments. From modern to classic, Arnette Eyewear embodies an individual look that suits the every man.
