Here’s a sweet treat to help mix things up this St. Patrick’s Day. We know there will be a continuous flow of green beer and plenty of Irish Car Bombs to go around so why not spice things up a bit and add an Irish Kiss Shot!
Ingredients
– 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
– 1 oz cream or milk (cream will make a sweeter and thicker drink)
– Splash of creme de menthe
– Chocolate shavings
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice, shake well and strain into shot glasses. Garnish with a chocolate shavings and enjoy! Happy St. Patty’s Day to the Irish and all of us who at least feel Irish on the 17th.
