1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label 1/2 ounce Coffee Liqueur

1/4 ounce Cherry Herring

2 dashes Bittermen’s Mole Bitters Cherry and Orange Twists for Garnish


1. Add all ingredients into a stirring glass filled with ice.

2. Gently stir to chill liquid.

3. Strain into Double Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with cherry and orange twists.

Gilded Nail

1 ounce Johnnie Walker Select Cask Rye 1/4 ounces Drambuie

1/4 ounce Zwack or Unicum Plum Amaro 1 dash of Angostura® aromatic bitters Lemon and Orange Twists for Garnish


1. Build ingredients in a mixing glass with ice

2. Gently stir for 30-40 seconds.

3. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.

4. Twist lemon peel to release oils and discard, repeat with orange twist.

1. Add honey syrup and Johnnie Walker Double Black to a Collins glass filled with ice.

2. Top with grapefruit soda and stir.

3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
