Made with Facundo™ Eximo™, a super-premium aged (10-12 years) rum with a golden oak color, and mixed with a trio of sherries – the Sun Rising is an elevated fall cocktail inspired by the orange and red hues of an autumn sunrise. The expertly aged rum’s aromas of toffee, caramel and subtle notes of bittersweet chocolate make for the ultimate fall cocktail.
Food Pairing Note: If sipping neat, you can pair Facundo™ Eximo™ with prosciutto wrapped figs or a root vegetable salad.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Facundo™ Eximo™
- .25 oz. Amontillado Sherry
- .25oz Oloroso Sherry
- .25 oz. PX Sherry
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Method
Stir all ingredients with plenty ice until very cold, serve into a coupe glass. No garnish.
