On Tuesday night, Pernod Absinthe, the legendary spirits brand, and Maison Kitsuné, famed global independent record label and fashion house, officially launched the new, Pernod Absinthe x Maison Kitsuné collaboration for a second consecutive year. This exciting partnership includes a reprise of a limited-edition Pernod Absinthe bottle design, created by Maison Kitsuné and inspired by the whimsical world of absinthe and music.
Held at Maison Kitsuné store at The NoMad Hotel, notable guests and industry insiders sipped on specialty absinthe cocktails—Is Tropical Punch and The Green Beast—while enjoying live performances by Is Tropical, Bear Mountain, Float Fall and Denitia & Sene.
With this collaboration also comes a series of short videos from UK band Is Tropical. As they travel the world, the band uses each episode of this mini-series to highlight the movers and shakers of the local creative community of forgotten global capitals, such as Reykjavik, Djakarta, Accra, Lima, and Amman.
