Face Masks – Are They For You?

Remember the days as a kid when you use to run around outside, toss a few rocks, and jump around on trees. It not only draws out excess oils from your skin (reducing the chances of developing black and white heads), but it’s packed with minerals that help increase the circulation of your face (giving you a more youthful look), but it also draws out harmful toxins that can increase the signs of ageing.

The best thing about clay masks is that there are various types which have different effects on your skin, that it can be used by everyone regardless of their skin type.

You should try to use a clay mask about twice a month. Although for most clay mask products, they can be a bit on the expensive side, but they are well worth the investment. A small amount goes a long way and the benefits definitely outreach the price. As always, remember to wash your face before using any form of mask, and don’t forget to moisturize afterwards.
