The Greenbrier Discovery Series Cooks Up The Perfect Foodie Weekend

The Greenbrier, the classic American destination resort in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains, is dedicating the fourth installment of its first annual Discovery Series weekends to the culinary arts. From February 7th through February 9th, The Greenbrier’s Executive Chef Bryan Skelding will host a weekend focusing on all things food, from a hands-on chocolate experience to etiquette classes, and from a five-course wine dinner to a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour.

The Greenbrier Discovery Series is a collection of eight themed weekend events hosted by industry personalities such as: design guru Carleton Varney, Curator of The Greenbrier; a team from the hit PBS show, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW and Monte Durham, celebrity wedding consultant and fashion director of Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.
