Lincoln Sets New Class as First to Offer Standard Pickup and Delivery Service

Lincoln is adding to its luxury segment with standard delivery and pick up across all 2007 nameplates, of which, the all-new Lincoln Contential will be the first to roll out. This exclusive standard service is a great example of how Lincoln continues to provide excellence through a human and personalized experience at all of their dealerships.

“Lincoln Pickup and Delivery service revolves around complementing our luxury vehicles with outstanding luxury experiences,” says Andrew Frick, Lincoln North American director of sales and services. “This kind of Quiet Luxury provides an exclusive and personally crafted service experience that enhances their lifestyle and saves them what is a true luxury item – their time.”

This standard delivery and pick up, it’s a fantastic workaround where Lincoln will pick up your car at a specified location, and offer you a complimentary Lincoln loaner, while your car is getting serviced. I don’t know about you, but those overnight oil changes can really mess with your schedule, so this is a really thoughtful workaround.

Pam Danzinger, luxury analyst said, “Today’s luxury customer is seeking a caring, personal, customized level of luxury service, not just in the buying and purchase but throughout the life of the vehicle and brand relationship. The Lincoln Motor Company is the first brand to embrace and deliver this level of luxury to all its customers in all its dealerships.

The luxury doesn’t stop with the vehicle and its features, but extends throughout the life of the vehicle: warranty of Pickup and Delivery service from a Lincoln licensed valet. Lincoln has raised the bar in the luxury car market from product to experience through personal and personalized service.”

This program has been through vigorous testing with select dealers since May 2015, and Lincoln said they have seen overwhelmingly positive results:

“Our dealers view this as a way to differentiate the client experience for Lincoln owners,” says Frick. “No matter what Lincoln vehicle clients have from our portfolio, they have the peace of mind of getting that vehicle to and from service at a location of their choice, with a complimentary Lincoln loaner in order to maintain their busy schedules.

In 2012, Lincoln created an original business plan and has delivered on four all-new products in four years. The pick-up and delivery services proved they are on the ball and committed to merge excellent products. Pickup and Delivery is an important milestone in Lincoln’s commitment to providing personal client services to match its unique luxury products, coming at the perfect time as Lincoln prepares to launch the much-anticipated 2017 Lincoln Continental.

The all-new Lincoln Continental returns as the brand flagship this fall, offering first-class travel for clients in America and China through warm, human touches and a contemporary design. The full-size sedan is designed to appeal to culturally progressive clients who define luxury on their own terms – craving superior quality, craftsmanship, and safety.
