I turn to this all the time.
Here’s how to get it popping:

- Simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes, stir occasionally
- Use a marinade brush to drench anything your taste buds desire
Jerk Wings with Rum
Game day isn’t complete without wings, but they also make a delicious BBQ add on. You can serve these on their own merit, or work them into rotation. One bite and I know your guests will be hooked. Plus, adding an authentic jerk accent is as easy as splashing in some spiced rum and a squeeze of lime. I love to make these in advance to serve as guests arrive. They make great, albeit messy, finger food.
