Captain Morgan BBQ Sauce

No BBQ is ready for kickoff without a signature BBQ sauce. Whether your marinating those ribs or want to slather up steak, your BBQ sauce should be the crowning glory of your event. This is what guests will be talking about for years to come, so avoid generic canned sauces if you want to make an impression. I wish I realized how easy BBQ sauce is to make sooner. I turn to this all the time.

Here’s how to get it popping:

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a skillet on low heat
  2. Simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes, stir occasionally
  3. Use a marinade brush to drench anything your taste buds desire

Jerk Wings with Rum

Game day isn’t complete without wings, but they also make a delicious BBQ add on. You can serve these on their own merit, or work them into rotation. One bite and I know your guests will be hooked. Plus, adding an authentic jerk accent is as easy as splashing in some spiced rum and a squeeze of lime. I love to make these in advance to serve as guests arrive. They make great, albeit messy, finger food.

Directions:

Classic Rum Glazed Spare Ribs

If you want to be taken seriously in front of the grill, you need to master ribs. What I love about this marinade is that it makes super tender ribs. I guarantee your guests will be back for seconds. Serve with an assortment of chilled sides like potato salad for an easy yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, or set a medium heat on your grill
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Place ribs on a roasting rack and apply the dry rub to the ribs
  4. Pour 1 cup of water around the ribs and top them with foil
  5. Baked or BBQ until tender (regularly check for about an hour and a half)
  6. During the final 20 minutes of cooking, smoother ribs in Captain Morgan BBQ Sauce

This is a great way to make guests feel at ease, and everyone raves about this recipe.
